The long-awaited sequel to Michel Bussi's event series! Against all odds, Alixe and Zyzo set out to reconquer Versailles... During a second Solario expedition, Zyzo, Alixe, and the other explorers encountered a miraculously surviving adult. Mordélia and Ogénor, of course, took advantage of this discovery and now both rule over Versailles and Paris, behind a submissive council of ministers.
The tribes, met during other journeys, enrich the nascent civilization with their knowledge, and the city's influence attracts more and more "primitives". Outraged by the growing injustices, a small group, led by Saby and Ogénor, intends to oppose this new order that they consider too authoritarian. Alixe and Zyzo, meanwhile, tirelessly search for answers in the vestiges left by the adults.
The atrocities of the past, gradually revealed, foreshadow a future much darker than what everyone had envisioned... And what if that was precisely Mordélia and Ogénor's plan?
