Learning to concentrate is not rocket science!

To effectively use memory and all the brain's thought mechanisms, the mind must be able to block out all external stimulation: this is what we call concentration.

Learning a poem, building a Kapla tower, packing one's schoolbag, tidying one's room...
Knowing how to concentrate means being able to complete the necessary actions to perform many daily tasks, without being distracted by events, no matter how insignificant. For children, it obviously plays a key role in learning.
But concentrating requires effort! And effort means setting the right conditions. Difficulty concentrating is not inevitable; the important thing is to identify the causes of these difficulties. Then, like a muscle, concentration requires stimulation and training. Good habits to adopt and methods to apply from an early age, to provide your child with tools that will accompany them throughout their life.

Cultivate a serene environment conducive to concentration. Create a reassuring family environment (calm, order, regular routine), eliminate disruptive factors (stress, screens) and adopt a balanced lifestyle (diet, physical activity, sleep) to provide your child with the well-being essential for their development.
Adopt the three daily rituals. In the morning, to start the day calmly and arrive at school ready to learn. The return home, a moment of relaxation not to be skipped. Homework, to turn this obligation into a moment of sharing and exchange.
