Bravo Les Maternelles ! J'améliore ma concentration MS-GS 4-6 ans

The Bravo les maternelles ! collection is expanding with J'améliore ma concentration (I Improve My Concentration), a workbook of simple activities designed to help children improve their concentration to learn better and gain confidence.

This large, colorful workbook was created by sophrologist Diane Giraudon and psychomotor therapist Marion Michel-Béchet, creators of the "Bien dans ma classe" (Well in My Class) program. Their goal is to enable children to improve their concentration to learn and memorize more easily.

Covering 12 notions in total, the workbook is divided into 3 main parts that allow for working on 3 types of memory : visual memory, auditory memory, and kinesthetic (movement) memory.

Each type of memory is covered in 4 double-page spreads that address different themes: images, stories, objects, the body... The left page offers the child an activity to exercise their attention, and the right page makes them work on their memory. These two aptitudes are closely linked: if you are attentive, you memorize easily.

Stickers allow the child to complete certain activities or to assess their progress and encourage themselves.
